Funeral services for Alexis "Lexi" Lenea Weakley, 17, of Farmerville will be held at 2:00pm Friday, Dec. 9, 2016 at Farmerville Assembly of God with Bro. Robbie Lawson officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery near Farmerville under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.
Lexi passed from this earth to her heavenly home on December 5, 2016. She was in the 11th grade and an honor student at Darbonne Woods Charter School, and a member of the Beta Club. She loved animals, especially horses and her dogs, and had plans to attend veterinarian school. She enjoyed horseback riding, deer hunting and duck hunting. Lexi was very active in her church and youth group at Farmerville First Assembly of God. She worked at Southern Lace Boutique and Java Daves in Farmerville. She had a loving sense of humor and enjoyed spending time with her brother and twin sisters.
Lexi was preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert Weakley; grandmother, Rosemary Brumfield; and by her great grandparents.
Left to cherish her memory is her father, Talion Talley of Rayville and Leslie Talley of Bastrop; mother, Tara Neathery & husband, Clayton of Farmerville; 2 brothers: Holden Cross Talley and Clayton Kane Neathery; 3 sisters: Katelyn Neathery, Ella Rose Talley and McKenna Talley; grandparents: Mark & Suzanne Calk, Wendell & Karla Rogers, Don & Nanella Talley, Glenn & Betty Neathery, and Charles Brumfield; great grandparent, Billy Rogers; aunts: Tammy Rainwater, Toshia Bearden, Misti Loya, Kimberly Witte, Calysta Manning, and Nicole Coldiron; uncles: Sean Rainwater, Beaux Brumfield, Jak Rogers, Phillip Neathery, Jessie Loya, Austin Witte, Phillip Manning, and Brad Coldiron; numerous other relatives and many friends.
Pallbearers will be Taylor Holman, Tyler Holman, Colby Gean, Cole Frazier, Austin Bolding, and Garrett Fradella. Honorary pallbearers are Dylan Morgan and Cade Manning.
Visitation is 5-8pm Thursday, Dec. 8th at Farmerville Assembly of God.
