Graveside services for Justin Wayne Goodwin, age 37 of Downsville, LA, will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, September 21, 2026 at Mt. Ararat Cemetery with Bro. Trey Roberson. Arrangements are under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville, LA.

Justin had a knack for making people laugh. He had a silly, goofy personality but he cared and loved deeply everyone close to him. Justin enjoyed fishing, rock collecting, and dirt track racing with his dad. His greatest joy though came from his love for the Lord. Justin was saved and baptized at Downsville Baptist Church but he often visited different churches, like cowboy churches, so that he could hear the message of God. Justins friends were special to him and he treasured the times they all hung out together. Although she wasn’t his dog, Justin loved his moms’ dog, Nola.

Justin was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Johnny Chevallier; and his uncle, Bill Stuckey.

He is survived by his parents, Randall Stuckey and Denora Annette Chevallier; brother, Hobie Goodwin (Sheridan); grandparents, William and Bessie Stuckey; grandmother, Wanda Chevallier; uncles, Stephen Chevallier (Ashley), Ronnie Stuckey (Terrie), Mark Stuckey, Tommy Stuckey, David Stuckey, and Steve Tuckey (Tina); aunts, Johnette Bearden (Stan), Rhonda Chevallier, and Donna Stuckey; nephews, Hayden and Titus Goodwin; cousins, Drake Chevallier, Braylea Chevallier, Tiffany Wilks (Josh), and Jennifer Bearden; and numerous other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
